If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us so we can address the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
Because many of our products are customized to our clients’ exact specifications, each sale is considered final. In the unlikely event that there is an error in or damage to your order, please contact us within one business day of receipt. In some cases, we may exchange a product for a similar item when there is damage or an error in the original order.
All cancellations must be made by phone within one hour of placing your order. The only way to guarantee that your order has been cancelled is to call us at 512-228-2779 during normal business hours. We can’t guarantee any cancellations made outside this timeframe.
Once your order has been placed and processed via www.landrygrace.com, you must contact us by phone at 512-228-2779 within 2 hours to speak with one our representatives to potentially revise your order. We will do our best to accomodate your request. However, not all requests are able to be met. If you want to remove items from your order, you will need to cancel the entire order, by phone within 2 hours from the time the order was placed and then replace it with a new one, if applicable. If you would like to add to your order, you must place a new secondary order in order to do so. We do not have the functionality to manually add products to an existing order.
We do our best to guarantee your satisfaction with each of our products, but we also reserve the right to modify any design at our discretion – including the colors, layout, and price.
Please keep in mind that product colors may appear differently on your computer screen than they do up close. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before you place your order. Landry Grace can’t be held responsible for slight color variations or discrepancies.
Designs and Layouts
We reserve the right to alter our designs and layouts at any time – while maintaining the original scope of the product illustrated in the photo – to accommodate special requests or to make improvements. Please note that some embellishments may differ slightly from the image displayed, based on availability. But, we do promise that it will be similar in design, quality and concept.
All prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be processed at the advertised price when you check out.
Each Landry Grace item is handmade. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Please note that our non-apparel products are for decorative purposes only.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS across all 50 U.S. states. Each order will likely be filled within 1-2 weeks, although you should expect additional delays for holidays. Any delays will be communicated via email or noted at www.landrygrace.com. Holiday orders must be placed before midnight CST on December 10 to guarantee delivery by Christmas. Landry Grace is not responsible for lost or late packages.
We’re happy to help you personalize any of our products. Whether you want to add your own fabric or design something completely new, the possibilities are endless. But we don’t stop at babies – our talented design team can help you create the perfect present for any wedding, birthday party, corporate gathering, reunion, or other occasion.

Custom Order Disclaimer
Each custom order is one-of-a-kind. Our design team will collaborate with you to create unique products that have the “wow” factor you want.
We work with numerous fabrics and textures to help bring your vision to life, and we care about even the smallest details. While we promise to make every attempt to accommodate your requests, there are some limitations. If we can’t honor you original order, we’ll work with you to find alternatives that lead to a final product featuring similar materials and the right design aesthetic.
If there is a problem with or change to your order, a Landry Grace team member will contact you before processing to discuss your options. Once a custom order is placed, our standard policies apply.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
Yes! We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we can only ship packages to U.S. addresses right now.
Q: I love your products and would like to get updates on new collections coming out soon. Can you let me know what’s on the way?
Of course! Add your name to our mailing list to start getting our (weekly, monthly?) newsletter, which includes site updates, information on sales, and special offers.
Q: Do you have a storefront?
For now, Landry Grace is an online-only store, which helps us keep overhead low and bring you the best prices on our handcrafted baby gifts and accessories.
Q: You don’t have the size I need or are out of an item I want. What can I do?
Sometimes we sell out of our most popular products. Please use the Contact Us form to let us know which product and size you need. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request as soon as we can.
Q: I would like to sell some of the items on your site. Do you have wholesale arrangements with other retailers?
Right now, we can’t accommodate wholesale requests. Each of our products is handmade, so we can’t produce the mass quantities it takes to fulfill a wholesale order. However, if you own a storefront boutique and are interested in carrying a limited quantity of our products, please contact Lacey Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do you offer coupons?

Q: My coupon code isn’t working. What should I do?
Please verify that your coupon hasn’t expired – and that your order meets the qualifications for the offer you’re trying to use. If you still can’t get the coupon code to work, give us a call at 512-228-2779 and we’ll help process your order.
Q: Do you offer Landry Grace gift certificates?
Yes! To purchase gift certificates for your friends and family, go to www.landrygrace.com and click on the gift certificates link in the top right corner. Certificates are available in denominations between $1 and $1,000. (Please keep in mind that these gifts are non-refundable.) Your gift certificate will be emailed to your recipient (or you) after your order has been processed.
Q: Who are those cute babies modeling your products?
Those sweet little faces are Landry Lane and Gracey Miller – the precious daughters of co-founders Mandy Lane and Lacey Miller, and the granddaughters of designer Nan Latimer.
